Maintenance AutoSys Developer

Systems/Software Engineer - Mid Level
Responsibilities include: Work with current operations team, functional consultants, and contractors to analyze the business requirements for new changes to the system including AutoSys batch process and Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL programs. Design, develop and unit test code to schedule Oracle concurrent program jobs in the AutoSys workload management tool using job information language (jil) and Oracle Adapter for AutoSys job management (oap). Develop extensions and reports for enhancing the Oracle federal financials application to incorporate new requirements. Use Rational tools like Clearcase and Clearquest to check in-check out code. Oracle Discoverer Financials Developer

AP,GL Financials with strong development skills Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical fit/gap tool analysis of Financial statements (FS), using 10g Business Intelligence Discoverer.
  • Perform design and development of FS reports in 10g Business Intelligence Discoverer or Oracle Reports. Support the installation, implementation, and administration of Oracle Discoverer.
  • Independently perform technical analysis, design and development of Oracle RICE gaps

Oracle Functional Consultant

Responsibilities include: Conduct work group meetings, workshops and site interviews with focus group, Prepare questionnaire and meeting material, Gather and analyze user requirements, Prepare Functional Requirement and Design Specification Document, Identify Gaps and Prepare Gap Closure Alternatives (GCA) document, Future Design development and documentation including business process flows and configuration, Provide functional support to design and prepare Design Decision Alternatives (DDA) document, Develop Business Test Case Scenarios along with accounting entries and Test Data Requests, Develop and run Test scripts as needed and perform validation of the test results, Document results, Perform financial accounting reconciliation and support year end work, Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client application for team members, Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Resolve client specific issues.

  • Minimum 5 years of functional work experience on Oracle Financials Suite of Application.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle AP, AR, CM, GL and Federal Financial Modules including application configuration.

Oracle Functional Analyst

Responsibilities include: The BPR-APPS Functional Analyst supports the client Oracle application in a production environment. The Apps Functional Analyst reports to the Maintenance Support Team Lead and under his/her direction works on production problem tickets reported by client stakeholders.
  • Work on Functional Analysis tasks reported through production tickets.
  • Reporting status and progress for assigned tasks.
  • Assist in developing TPR Resolution, Training Material, and Configuration set up document.
  • Update Functional design documents.

Required:

  • Experience working hands-on as a functional team member in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Applications implementation project.
  • Product Knowledge of at least two Oracle Financials modules - with Accounts Payables, or Accounts Receivables, and Cash Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing Functional Design documents.
  • 4+ years experience with Oracle COTS package.
  • 2+ years supporting Oracle apps in a production environment.
